请注意,我们不接受任何含有⽣物危害物质(如⾎液、呕吐物或⼈类排泄物)的物品。我们将可能拒绝接受为价值过⾼、易碎或违法物品提供清洗或修复服务。

Appointment-Only Visits

To ensure each customer receives dedicated attention, our store operates by appointment only.

Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

If you’re unsure about your exact arrival time, you may book a flexible 2-hour window (e.g., between 1–3 PM).

If something comes up and you cannot make it, you may cancel at any time — no cancellation fee will apply.

Service Charges

1. The cleaning fee for each pair of shoes or bag is determined based on size, material, and level of stains, and confirmed with the customer before service begins.

2. For services under NZD 1000, full payment is required before work begins.

3. For services over NZD 1000, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion.

3. Service turnaround time starts from the date payment is received.

4. We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• EFTPOS
• Credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard)
• Cash
• We do not accept cheques.

 

Standard Turnaround Time

  • Shoe Cleaning: 7 days
  • Bag Cleaning: Up to 2 weeks
  • Bag Repair: Up to 6 weeks

Express Service

  • Available only for shoe cleaning
  • Additional fee: NZD $15 per pair
  • Turnaround time: 3 days

🚚 Please note: Delivery or transit time is not included in the service turnaround period.

Post & Delivery Options

We welcome both Auckland local and nationwide postal deliveries for your bags and shoes.

For shipping, we recommend using iShipping and sharing your tracking number with us once the parcel has been sent.

  • Auckland City: Overnight delivery, typically $5.5 – $6
  • Out of Auckland: Rates and delivery time depend on parcel size and weight (please refer to iShipping for details)

Before posting, please send us clear photos of your items for quotation confirmation.

After posting, kindly share your tracking number so we can monitor your parcel’s progress.

👉 All postage and courier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Complimentary Pick-up & Delivery Service

Customers in Auckland with a single order over $800 can enjoy our exclusive free pick-up and delivery service.

  • Service area: Auckland City and North)

This service operates every Monday and Thursday, and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure smooth coordination.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is requested before pick-up or processing begins, no cancellation fee will apply, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

• If the item has been picked up but no work has started, a NZD 20 cancellation fee applies. The customer may:

  – Collect the item from the store (NZD 20 charge), or

  – Request delivery by paying an additional NZD 30 return fee (total NZD 50).

• Payment must be completed before any return.

• Returns are only arranged on Monday and Thursday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

• If work has already started (even teardown), cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be issued.

• No exceptions.

  3. 所有材料的颜⾊或表⾯会有概率产⽣轻微变化。
  4. ⽪⾰上原本被制造商覆盖的昆⾍咬痕和疤痕可能在清洁后显示出来。
  5. 清洁有⼩概率导致材料出现渗⾊,并使颜⾊轻微改变。
  6. 清洁⽪⾰可能使⽪⾰磨损的区域显得较暗。

Storage Policy

• Items must be picked up within 30 days after completion.

• After that, a fee of NZD 5 per item per day will apply.

• Items unclaimed after 6 months will be considered forfeited and may be sold or donated at our discretion, regardless of any outstanding balance.

• The only exceptions are hospitalization, death, or natural disasters.

Item Loss & Damage

• If your item is lost due to our negligence, we will compensate based on its original value.

• If your item is damaged, we will take responsibility and offer compensation up to 4 times the total service fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
