The cleaning fee for each pair of shoes or bag is determined based on size, material, and level of stains, and confirmed with the customer before service begins.<\/p>\n<p>2. For services under NZD 1000, full payment is required before work begins.<\/p>\n<p>3. For services over NZD 1000, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion.<\/p>\n<p>3. Service turnaround time starts from the date payment is received.<\/p>\n<p>4. We accept the following payment methods:<br \/>\n\u2022 Bank transfer<br \/>\n\u2022 EFTPOS<br \/>\n\u2022 Credit\/debit card (Visa \/ Mastercard)<br \/>\n\u2022 Cash<br \/>\n\u2022 We do not accept cheques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standard Turnaround Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shoe Cleaning: 7 days<\/li>\n<li>Bag Cleaning: Up to 2 weeks<\/li>\n<li>Bag Repair: Up to 6 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Express Service<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available only for shoe cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Additional fee: NZD $15 per pair<\/li>\n<li>Turnaround time: 3 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\ude9a Please note: Delivery or transit time is not included in the service turnaround period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Post &amp; Delivery Options<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We welcome both Auckland local and nationwide postal deliveries for your bags and shoes.<\/p>\n<p>For shipping, we recommend using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ishipping.co.nz\/\">iShipping<\/a> and sharing your tracking number with us once the parcel has been sent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auckland City: Overnight delivery, typically $5.5 \u2013 $6<\/li>\n<li>Out of Auckland: Rates and delivery time depend on parcel size and weight (please refer to iShipping for details)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before posting, please send us clear photos of your items for quotation confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>After posting, kindly share your tracking number so we can monitor your parcel\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 All postage and courier fees are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complimentary Pick-up &amp; Delivery Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers in Auckland with a single order over $800 can enjoy our exclusive free pick-up and delivery service.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service area: Auckland City and North)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This service operates every Monday and Thursday, and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure smooth coordination.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bsbs.co.nz\/zh\/contacts\/\">Contact us<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If cancellation is requested before pick-up or processing begins, no cancellation fee will apply, and any payment made will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If the item has been picked up but no work has started, a NZD 20 cancellation fee applies.
